A group of student physiotherapists at HAN University Of Applied Sciences, Netherlands, decided to set up “QuaranTrain”. An initiative to improve physical and mental health during these challenging times with the COVID-19 pandemic.
The aim is to provide simple physical activity and exercise advice and accessible support to help you to stay active during this challenging time.
We will post exercise and motivational tips and advice on staying active and remaining heathy throughout social isolation or social distancing timescale.
Our purpose is to provide you with daily online support and information on exercise and everyday activity. All this support will comply with the World Health Organisation advice on physical activity across the age groups but also connect with you during this time to help you stay healthy at home.
